Golf Club is the oldest and only members club in the Forest of Dean,
founded in 1909, the Club celebrated it’s Centenary in 2009.
Last year the Club moved to it's new course in Naas Lane, the new 9 hole course has been constructed to a high standard and with 3,500 trees planted will, in the next few years become one of the premier courses in the area.
We have a loyal and active membership and a Junior section, under the guidance of Mark Robinson, which is flourishing. The future of the Club looks good, and as the course matures it should become a classic park land course.

The new course is a difficult course to play as many visitors will find to their cost. The greens are exceptionally challenging with more undulations than most. The Club hopes to remain famous for it’s camaraderie and good food in the new clubhouse. |
